The "Build Your Own" (BYO) method enables you to build your home at direct cost by minimizing the cost associated with middleman and government taxes so that you can save up to 40% off the usual price.
You are the owner/developer of the project, and through First Global BYO Corporation and the development team, you can manage the construction of F1 City Center from start to finish.
Save 40% off the usual price by minimizing government taxes including VAT, transfer tax, inflation, excessive loan interest, high promotional and advertising expenses and price increases in labor and material costs.
All your deposit money and installment payments will be deposited with a bank. All payments will be checked by the bank, architect and construction manager to ensure your money is spent directly on the project.
The BYO Team will manage the project on your behalf to ensure it is completed on budget and within three years from the start date. We will look after your best interests and give you the best possible advice at all times.

Every payment made on the project will be triple checked by the bank, the architect and the construction manager so that the security of your money is absolutely guaranteed.
3. Security on your money – All your money will be deposited with a major bank so you can be assured that it is secure. If for any reason the project does not push through, all your money will be refunded to you by the bank.
4. Direct Ownership from the Beginning –Through the BYO method, you are the owner and developer of F1 City Center from the beginning until its completion. You are in control of the construction of the building which First Global BYO Corp will build on your behalf, in conjunction with the rest of the BYO Team. Therefore, you can rest easy knowing that the project will be finished on time and on budget.
5. Fast Delivery – Instead of taking 5-7 years for the building to be finished, F1 City Center will be completed in just 3 years. This will enable you to move into your home sooner or you can rent it out sooner so that you can either save up to 4 years’ worth of rent or earn 4 years’ worth of rental income.
